*To participate in the online group sessions you must attend the RECOVER YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD AND BODY WEBINAR series.
These sessions are group discussions based on topics covered in the webinar series
RECOVER YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD AND BODY and will include:
How social and cultural influences impact your relationship with food and body.
Understanding how stress and adversity have a greater influence on your health outcomes than nutrition and exercise.
The importance of letting go of diet culture and dieting behaviors.
Learning how to integrate the Health at Every Size approach.
Understanding and implementing the principles of Intuitive Eating.
Each week Joy will lead the conversation with a 15-minute introduction to one of the above topics. The remainder of the time is dedicated to participant discussion and answering any questions that might come up as we explore how to integrate these concepts.
These group sessions are an opportunity for you to come together with like-minded individuals to discuss ways to integrate these practices into your life. It is an opportunity to share your challenges, learn from others, and to know that you are not alone as you navigate this path towards a better relationship with food and with your body.
These sessions will NOT be recorded to protect the privacy of the participants.
You must attend the weekly live sessions to participate.
There are no refunds and no makeup sessions.
