Yoga & Movement Classes
I teach a few weekly classes at Modo Yoga in Brantford, called “Be Moved”.
This is my signature style, and you can expect to Be Moved to explore movement in a whole new way! All of my classes aim to help you build strength, body awareness, coordination, and fluidity. Using the precept of mindfulness I use the basis of the yoga practice as a guide, and incorporate various other modalities to inform how we connect to our bodies, our beings, and presence.
You can expect to be guided with informative cueing that will teach you how to do the movements in a way that feels comfortable for you.
